While some companies are still cutting down on the number of workers they employ in this less-than-perfect economic market, Honda has increased its workforce by adding a second shift of production to the Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, LLC auto plant. Growing to its full potential of 200k-unit annual capacity, Honda has hired an additional 1,000 associates. The Indiana plant has consistently earned outstanding merits such as the Platinum Award for quality based on the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Initial Quality Survey - one of the only three automobile plants in the world to do so.

It's always nice to see car ads that boast multiple features, lots of space and strong fuel efficiency, but what happens when a family of four actually uses the car?
